Tie a ribbon on each end of the stick.

Tie a ribbon on the bottom of each balloon.

Glue the balloons on the felt so that they spell your name.

Bunch all of the ribbons hanging from balloons together and tie them together with a small piece of ribbon.
Make a bow with the little ribbon.

After it dries, it is ready to hang in your room or on your door!
