craft supplies:
large piece of felt glue stick just longer than the felt is wide
foam letters of your name
(or glitter)		 coloured foam thin ribbon or wool

Cut out one balloon for each letter of your name.
You can use all different colours or only one colour or even a colour for each different letter!

Glue one foam letter of your name on each balloon.
OR
Write one letter of your name in glue on each balloon.
Pour glitter over the glue and make sure all of the glue is covered!

Let the balloons dry.

Cut two vertical slits 2 inches from the top left and right edges of the felt.

Weave the stick through the slits so that it sticks out evenly at both sides of the felt.
