craft supplies:
14 craft sticks 4" square piece of floral foam Easter grass
scissors 6 square pieces of coloured tissue paper (3") coloured construction paper
glue 4 green pipe cleaners (4") paint and paint brush

To make a fence section, glue craft sticks as shown: |=|=|
Glue two craft sticks horizontally and three half sticks vertically to make a fence section. Repeat to make 3 more fence sections. Allow the glue to dry.

Cut out two flower shapes and two circles from your choice of coloured construction paper.

Glue a circle in the centre of each flower shape.

Poke a green pipecleaner through the centre of each flower from the back to the front of the flower. Bend and twist the last 1/2 inch of the pipecleaner to make the centre of the flower.

Lay three squares of tissue paper on top of each other.
