Let the frame sit until all of the glue is dry.

Tie the thin ribbon onto the sticks at the top of the frame.

Cut the pipecleaner in half.
Use one half to make wings for an angel.

Gather the thick ribbon and hold wings up against the ribbon.
Twist one end of the other half of pipecleaner around the ribbon and the wings. This is the angel's body.
Bend the end piece of pipecleaner upwards.

Feed the angel head onto the pipecleaner.
Make a halo from the pipecleaner remaining.

Glue the angel to your frame and write "My Little Angel" with a thin marker.
